INSTRUCTIONS:

HEAT a non-stick 8" pan to medium/high heat.

BLEND milk, egg, and then hotcake mix for about 20 seconds. Batter should be smooth and thin.

COOK by greasing the hot pan with butter or oil. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan and gently swirl the pan to spread the batter into a thin round shape. Batter should sizzle when poured. Cook for 1-2 minutes until gold brown and then flip.

FILL with butter, cane sugar, fresh fruit, or any other filling. Roll, serve, and enjoy!
