American Table - Gluten Free Rolled Hotcakes is a crepe style, flat pancake breakfast mix.  Made with American-grown Sweet White Rice, Whole Grain Brown Rice, Potato Starch, Whole Grain Sorghum, Tapioca, Xanthan Gum, Organic Raw Cane Sugar, Ancient Sea Salt, and Pure Organic Vanilla.  This is a convenient, blender prepared breakfast mix, ready in less than 5 minutes to create a tasty alternative to the traditional pancake.      

Gluten-Free Rolled Hotcakes Crepe Mix


    HEAT a non-stick 8" pan to medium/high heat.

    BLEND milk, egg, and then hotcake mix for about 20 seconds. Batter should be smooth and thin. 

    COOK by greasing the hot pan with butter or oil.  Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan and gently swirl the pan to spread the batter into a thin round shape. Batter should sizzle when poured. Cook for 1-2 minutes until golden brown and then flip. 

    FILL with butter, cane sugar, fresh fruit, or any other filling. Roll, serve, and enjoy!  

    MAKES 24 rolled hotcakes per pouch.
